The Dalila Robin Show at WPPM 106.5 FM

Where did the time go? So much has happened over the past few weeks, I thought it would be a good idea to tell you what's going on with me and my not-so-new show at Philadelphia's favorite low powered radio station, WPPM 106.5 FM.

Chinchila Jonesia, Sherry Patterson, Tia Whitfield, and I will be the latest cohort to graduate training at PhillyCAM Radio in a few days. We've taken the training, passed the FCC test, and will complete our board operation test next week. I'm lucky, in a way, because I was using a similar setup, on a smaller scale, when I was running my internet radio station, Rise95 and Phoenix Internet FM.

Our station manager, Vanessa, helped Sherry, Tia, and me select our show slots: I am pleased to announce that The Dalila Robin Show will broadcast Sundays from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m., and I invite you to join me on your radio at 106.5 FM, online, or on your cell phone.

So you know, The Dalila Robin Show is a two hour variety show that features a mix of music - curated by me - from mainstream artists as well as independent artists from the Philadelphia region; I also prepare pre-produced, researched topics to provide information you can use to improve your quality of life.

I asked my good friend and up and coming performer, DaBol Steph (Da Illy from Philly), to write and record a new theme song for the show. While I haven't heard it yet, I am excited about our collaboration. Be sure to keep an eye out for any announcements I make here about his interview.

I'm looking for music artists from the Delaware Valley who have compelling stories to tell in addition to providing good music. If you or someone you know would be interested in being a guest, fill in the form to express interest.

That's it for now ... See you on the radio in just a couple of short weeks. I am definitely living my dream!
